All shipments are handled via USPS and UPS.

• Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.

• Items marked as “delivered” by USPS and UPS are considered officially delivered for refunds and cancellations.​

• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, we ship worldwide!

• Accurate Shipping Address
  Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address. If you need to update your address, please reach out as soon as possible. However, once processing begins, we may be unable to make changes if a shipping label has already been created. In such cases, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to request a reroute.

• Undelivered Items
  If your order is not delivered due to an inaccurate address, please email us at bs@blacksheepfashion.store, and we will initiate the reshipment process. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
