When do you restock products?
I restock as often as possible, typically around once a month!

Help! What size should I choose (apparel)?
All of our apparel is unisex and true to size. I recommend sizing up one size if you prefer a baggier or cozier fit.

Is all apparel placed in Pre-order?

Yes, all of the apparel is pre-ordered.

How long does it take for apparel products to ship?

It takes about 14 business days. Do not count holiday days. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that depending on your location, you may incur additional customs or duty fees. We are not responsible for customs charges, so it's a good idea to check with your local customs office for more information.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during significant launches or restocks, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking details to be updated.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your order.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you will receive a refund as a gift card, minus the shipping fee and a $5 processing charge.

What’s your return and exchange policy?
Due to limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email bs@blacksheepfashion.store within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
